Account and Data Deletion Request
THE JJ CLUB APP ACCOUNT DELETION
Users of The JJ Club mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
OPTION 1: DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN THE APP
Sign in to the JJ Club app.
Navigate to Account Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm your request.
OPTION 2: REQUEST DELETION VIA OUR WEBSITE
If you no longer have access to the app, please email:
with the subject:
"Account Deletion Request"
Please include the email address associated with your account.
WHAT DATA WILL BE DELETED?
Upon successful verification of your request, we will delete:
Account profile information
Contact details
Membership preferences
App usage data associated with your account
Any other personal information held solely for provision of the service
DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINED
Certain information may be retained where required:
To comply with legal obligations
To resolve disputes
To enforce our agreements
For fraud prevention and security purposes
RETENTION PERIOD
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Any data retained for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes will be kept only for as long as required under applicable law and then securely deleted.
